Message from the President
As we enter 2008, Dura Temp is undertaking a number of efforts in
support of its mission: To Be The Best Provider of Hot Ware
Handling Solutions for Glassmakers Worldwide.
These efforts include:

Increasing the staffing level for technical specialists and customer
support personnel.

Designating a
specific sales and support team for each Dura Temp customer.

An increased focus
on continued product development and product improvement.

Growth and support
of Dura Temp's Asia-Pacific customers through its Manila
office in the Philippines.

Attendance at
industry tradeshows including:

Glassman America
in Monterrey, Mexico, May 7-8

Glasstec in
Dusseldorf, Germany, October 21-25
-
An increased support
and training for our global network of authorized distributors and
agents.
We are confident that by
undertaking these efforts we can provide outstanding products and
service to glassmakers worldwide.
