We're looking for an engineer who enjoys learning, solving problems, and asking questions—not someone who simply wants to sit behind CAD software all day.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience, we'll help you develop the technical knowledge needed to become an expert in our industry.

What You'll Do

You'll work alongside experienced engineers through every stage of the engineering process.

Your responsibilities will grow as your experience grows.

Examples include:

• Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings using PTC Creo (training provided if needed)

• Assist with product design from concept through production

• Work with production personnel to ensure designs are manufacturable

• Participate in prototype builds, product testing, and design validation

• Visit customer facilities to understand manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Troubleshoot field issues and recommend engineering solutions

• Support continuous improvement of existing products

• Help develop innovative products based on customer feedback and industry trends

• Work directly with sales, manufacturing, quality, and customers to solve technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Technology, or a related engineering field preferred

• Internship or co-op experience

• Experience with any 3D CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor, Onshape, etc.)

• Manufacturing experience

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to travel
